Nicole Ryan Photography is the photographer responsible for all the beautiful photos on this website (excluding photo album & about page).

  This is not your average choose-a-backdrop, sit down, tilt-your-head, and smile-for-the-birdie experience. That’s because Nicole Ryan Pitts is not a rigid-thinking, stuff-it-in-a-standardized-box, my-way-or-the-highway kind of photographer. What she is, is a free-flowing, live-in-the-moment, and let-nature-take-its-course kind of photographer. You could say that she’s capturing moments of life as it happens. There are no forced smiles, no posing, and no need for stiff looks from parents. There will be lots of play time, lots of fun, and plenty of natural smiles and giggles. We aim to end a session with your child not wanting to go home because they’re enjoying their time so much – it’s not a chore, it’s an adventure.

Nicole believes that portraits should not be an unpleasant or tedious process, especially for children; and while bribing has been known to happen, in general the best portraits are captured when a child is comfortable in their surroundings and having good time. Children naturally want to be happy and have fun – and who doesn’t? So, we provide the necessary nudge and children will almost always pop out of their shells and show their true, brilliant colors.
