Our Next 6-week Hypnobabies Class Series will start June 25th! We will have two class options, the first being Saturday Classes from 3-6p (Starting June 25) and the second option, Sundays 4-7p (Starting June 26). Of course, we always have the option of private classes as well! Class space is limited to 5 couples per class, so early registration is encouraged.
Group classes are limited to five (5) couples and are held at healing arts yoga in Fredericksburg (healingartsyoga.com). Private classes are offered in your home (will teach in Culpeper, Warrenton, Fredericksburg areas, anything further and travel will be added to class fee).
Hypnobabies® is a complete childbirth education course that also teaches Gerald Kein’s famous Painless Childbirth techniques to Hypnobabies® mothers so that they can enter hypnosis, deepen it themselves and remain mobile during labor, completely comfortable at all times. Most of our Hypno-babies have no drugs in their systems when they are born, and are able to nurse, breathe well and interact with their happy parents immediately.
